From the ordering process till after the bed was fitted, everything was 5 star. Communication from Jack and the team from the day of order until the bed was delivered was great. Very quick replies and ensured everything was smooth and gave updates throughout. The two lads who built the bed (Steven, and I can’t remember the other lads name, my apologies! ) were absolutely amazing and such a credit to team MK. They were very polite, were very careful when bringing in lots of boxes, built the bed in less than 2 hours, and left the place spotless after they left! They’d had such a long day with getting the ferry from NI at 7am over to Scotland, and had other jobs throughout the day, and didn’t leave us till about 9.30pm. For having such a long day, they still had great standards! Even after the bed was built, we got a lovely message from Jack, who was happy we loved the bed. As someone who has worked in people management for the last 10 years, I must say this company have been great and every single person I’ve spoke to from order to fitting, has been exceptional.
The girls absolutely LOVED their bed and could not have been happier. The beds are very sturdy and well put together. And lots of storage space!!
