The Ordering Process At MK Furnishings Kids Beds

Thank you so much for your recent order at MK, as a small family run business we appreciate your order and putting your trust in MK at turning your child’s dream bedroom into a reality ! Below we are going to give some information on the ordering process !

Step 1: Order Placement & Processing

You have successfully ordered your new bed with MK. If you have paid the deposit only, the remainder of the payment is due on the day of delivery. Once we have your bed installed and you are happy with the finished product, we take the final balance via card, cash, or bank transfer.

Our current delivery time is 4–8 weeks, depending on your location and chosen bed model. In some cases, we may be able to deliver sooner. Simply contact us to see if we can arrange an earlier date. Every bed is handmade with exceptional craftsmanship, then personally delivered and installed by our team.

When placing your order, you’ll see the delivery details clearly outlined at checkout. We now offer free delivery on all orders, ensuring a smooth, transparent, and cost-effective shopping experience from start to finish.

Due to the high demand for our premium-quality products, a waiting list is in place. We’re confident that the superior quality and care you’ll receive will make it worth the wait. With your order now confirmed in our system, we’ve already begun creating your child’s dream bed.

Step 2: Confirming Your Delivery Schedule

Within the first weeks, we will be in touch via email with an available delivery date. If you haven’t heard from us within this timeframe, don’t worry, it simply means we haven’t yet pencilled you in for delivery. As soon as we do, you will receive an email from bookings@mkfurnishings.co.uk. This email will include the week we plan to deliver and install your bed. Once you confirm via email, we will send you a text with the exact day and time we expect to be at your home.

Step 3: Delivery Day Updates

On the day of delivery, we will send you a WhatsApp message letting you know when we are approximately 30 minutes away. We will also keep you updated if we have any trouble finding your home or encounter delays during the day.
